We began with a hand-cart on Juhu Beach, a stack of seasonal fruit, and one rule — everything squeezed fresh, right in front of you. That rule hasn't changed. No concentrates, no pre-mixed bottles, no shortcuts. Just fruit cut to order, pressed cold, and poured thick.
